This Website is owned and operated by Cwmni Egino Limited with the company number 13475029 and registered office at Welsh Government, Doc Fictoria, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, Wales, LL55 1TH (‘we‘, ‘us‘, ‘our‘). These Terms are entirely separate to any other contract you have with us and they only relate to your use of this Website.

No text or datas mining, or web scraping (‘scraping’) 

You shall not conduct, facilitate, authorise or permit any Scraping in relation to our Website or where applicable, any services provided via or in relation to this Website. This includes using, permitting, authorising or attempting the use of any: 

  • automated device, program, tool, algorithm, code, process or methodology, (without limitation, robot, bot, spider, scraper) to access, obtain, copy, monitor or republish any portion of the Website or any data, content, information or services accessed via the Website.  
  • automated analytical technique aimed at analysing text and data in digital form to generate information which includes, without limitation, to patterns, trends and correlations.  

This shall be treated as an express reservation of our rights in this regard without limitation for the purposes of Article 4(3) of Digital Copyright Directive ((EU 2019/790)). This clause shall not apply insofar as but only to that extent that we are unable to exclude or limit Scraping legally.   

Virus, hacking and other offences 

We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by a virus, hacking, or other harmful technology that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, or for any loss or damage to any or other proprietary material due to your use of the Website or to your downloading of any data from our Website.
